Our 5-Step Process
Call or Book Online
Call your region’s direct number or submit an online request. We answer Mon–Sat, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us your city and what the door is doing (or not doing) — sticking, jumping off track, won’t lock, etc.
Same-day slots available on most calls placed before 2 PM.
Technician Arrives with Parts
Our technician arrives within the scheduled window with roller systems, tracks, locks, and handles for 40+ door brands already on the truck. We don’t need a “preliminary look” to order parts — we stock the most common hardware for every Florida housing era.
Coastal calls include marine-grade stainless hardware options.
Free On-Site Diagnosis and Quote
We diagnose the root cause of the problem — not just the visible symptom. A door that sticks might need rollers, or track work, or both. We check everything and tell you exactly what the repair involves and what it will cost. No work begins until you approve the quote.
No trip charges for estimates within our service area.
Repair Completed in One Visit
Work begins on approval. Most sliding door roller replacements take 45–90 minutes. We lift the door, swap the rollers, clean the track, adjust the height, test the lock, and test the full slide before packing up. If we find additional issues (a second panel, a worn handle), we quote those separately — you decide if you want them done the same day.
We clean up our work area before leaving.
Walkthrough and 1-Year Warranty
Before leaving, we walk you through what was done and give you maintenance tips specific to your door type and environment. We document the service in our system. All labor is covered by a 1-year warranty — if the same repair fails within 12 months, we return and fix it at no charge.
Parts are covered per manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years).

- Door type: sliding glass, pocket, window
- What it’s doing: sticks, jumps off track, won’t lock, broken glass
- Number of panels (single, double, triple)
- Approximate door age if known
Day of Service
- Clear a 2-foot space on both sides of the door
- Remove pets from the repair area
- Move furniture if it blocks the door panel travel
- Have contact info for anyone else who needs to approve the quote
