1. Services

Alpha Sliding Doors provides repair and maintenance services for sliding glass doors, pocket doors, and windows at residential and commercial properties in Florida. Services are performed by licensed, insured technicians. All work is subject to a free on-site estimate prior to commencement. No work begins without customer approval of the quoted price.

2. Estimates and Pricing

On-site estimates are provided at no charge. The quoted price is valid for the service described. Additional work discovered during repair will be quoted separately before proceeding. We do not charge for travel within our service areas.

3. Warranty

All labor is warranted for 12 months from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty terms. See our full Warranty page for details on coverage and how to file a claim.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location. We ask for at least 2 hours notice where possible. There is no cancellation fee.

5. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the door, window, or area requiring service. Our technicians reserve the right to decline service if conditions at the property present a safety hazard.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Sliding Doors’ liability is limited to the cost of the specific repair performed. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages. Our liability does not extend to pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damage caused by weather events.

7. Website Use

The content on alphaslidingdoors.com is provided for informational purposes. Pricing ranges shown are estimates only; actual pricing is determined by on-site diagnosis. We reserve the right to update content at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian River County, Florida.
