What Florida counties does Alpha service?
13 counties: Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Broward, Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Duval, Lee, Collier, and Charlotte. We do not currently dispatch outside this 13-county footprint.
How quickly can a technician arrive?
Most calls received before noon get same-day service. Our 3-office layout plus 5 regional dispatch zones means a truck is rarely more than 35 minutes from your address. After-hours emergency dispatch is available 24/7 for property managers and commercial clients.
Why are there 5 phone numbers?
Each region has its own dispatch number to bypass the main line and route directly to the closest dispatcher. Treasure Coast, South Florida, Space Coast / Orlando, Northeast Florida, and Southwest Florida each have dedicated numbers.
Do you charge a travel fee for outlying cities?
No travel fee within the 13 counties listed. Outside of these counties we are not currently dispatching service trucks.
Can I see you in person at one of your offices?
Yes — by appointment. Our three physical offices are in Vero Beach (HQ), Lake Park, and Jacksonville. Most service work happens at your address, but office visits are useful for HOA/condo property management contracts and certificate-of-insurance requests.
